Our initial package came with a missing piece which was promptly remedied via customer service by sending a complete new litter box enclosure just for the one piece. Unfortunately, the quality of both enclosures is not great. Our top cat hangout piece is oriented the opposite of what was advertised in the photos as well which was unfortunate.
It didn＊t meet my expectations.
I looked for quite a while for something to enclose my automatic litter box, offer an elevated area for food bowls, and fit in my space. This was perfect! Looks really nice and helps control the litter my cats like to fling everywhere. Also, excellent customer service! My first one was damaged in transit and as soon as I initiated an exchange thru Amazon they reached out and offered to send me a new unit directly without having to repack the broken pieces and return the damaged unit. Definitely worth the price!
The directions were clear enough and each component was nicely organized to be able to assemble it. The size is perfect. The sturdiness is good if you anchor it to the wall, otherwise it＊s not. The quality of the wood is not ideal as it chips and is not very good quality, however it does the job and it＊s very useful for the litter robot 3, which has been hard to find until I found this one. It＊s eye appealing as well.
It's okay. quite annoying to assemble and very likely to arrive with some kind of shipping related damage but the functionality is exactly what i was looking for.
