The design is clever but the construction is not stable. My 14lb and 12lb cats make the whole thing wobble when jumping onto the top perches. I had to add L-brackets to secure it to the wall. The dangling balls are cheap plastic and one broke immediately. Not recommended for larger cats.

The fabric on the perches is incredibly soft��my cat sleeps on the top level for hours. The integrated scratching posts have saved my sofa from claws. It��s worth every penny for the quality.
