The cabinet itself is wonderful. The 3 flip drawers are smooth and the storage capacity is excellent. However the assembly manual had a few confusing diagrams. I had to watch a video online to figure out the flip drawer hinge installation. Took longer than expected. Once built it's great. 4 stars for the instructions.

The cabinet was great for the first month. The 3 flip drawers worked smoothly and held all our shoes. However after about 6 weeks the particleboard edges along the top started peeling and bubbling. It looks terrible now. HOOBRO offered a refund but I have to disassemble and ship it back. Very disappointed in the material quality. 2 stars.

Each of the 3 compartments has adjustable shelves that can be set at 3 different heights. I removed one shelf completely to fit my tall rain boots.
